Paris, March 2017.
Getting the full potential out of a voice over, that’s easier said than done. Or is it?
In an effort to answer this question we teamed up with 87seconds and hosted a panel discussion by and for industry professionals. The panel included two of our own voice talents (Stephane and Sonia), a highly experienced sound designer, and a Paris based copywriter.

Here are some key takeaways from the clip:
1 | When directing a voice over, it’s very important to keep it personal. Creating ‘human’ connections leads to the best results. Try levelling with your talent to really understand each other. |
2 | Studio experience is absolutely necessary if a voice talent is to work online, without it the results can be disappointing. |
3 | Make sure to ask for multiple takes, especially with online projects, you can then be sure that the best one is always included. |
