We are excited to announce Voicebooking for teams! You can now add members to your team. This allows you to collaborate with others in an easy way. Every team member will have access to all voice over projects and requests. The billing address will still be the projectowner’s billing details, but team billing addresses will be added in the near future.
Only the voice over generator projects will remain private to your account.
Voicebooking for teams will initially be available for 20 customers, and if you are interested in being one of them, let us know! But don’t worry, Voicebooking for teams will be available for everyone really soon.
Inviting a team member
In the menu, on the top right corner of your screen, you will see the team members page. This is where you now can invite the team members you want for your projects.
By clicking on “Invite team member”, filling in the details and clicking on “Send”, you can invite new users to Voicebooking or even existing users of our platform.
You can see an overview of all the members you have invited to your team. The invitation link is valid for 24 hours, and in case the invitation was not accepted in time, you can always resend the invitation on this page.
Accepting the invitation to a team
You can accept the invitation of your team member by opening your email and clicking on the accept button.
And by confirming with your password, you will join the team.
The moment you accept your invitation and confirm your password, you will see an overview with the projects of your team.

Can I add an existing client of Voicebooking to my team?
Yes, you can add an existing customer of Voicebooking to your team. Use the email address that they use to login to the platform and they’ll receive an invitation. When the invitee accepts all their projects are merged into the organisation project list.
Can I add a new user to my team?
Yes, you can add a new user to the platform. They will be invited to register and will be added to your organisation.
Can I add a freelancer to my team?
Yes, but it is important to keep in mind that once you add a member to your team, they will have access to all your projects. So both for you and the freelancer, it might be best to wait to the next phase of Voicebooking for teams, where you can add a guest to a single project.
Can I add an user to one project?
No, this is not possible yet. We’re working on this and hope to release this feature soon. When this is available we’ll let you know.
It’s only possible to invite people to a team, where they all have access to all projects of the organisation.
I’m already part of a team, can I join another team?
No, you can only join 1 team.
Does Voicebooking for teams also apply for Voiceover Generator projects?
All voice over projects and requests become team projects. Your voice over generator projects will remain private, as will your subscription.
Can I resend the invitation after the link has expired?
Yes, links are valid for 24 hours and any team member can resend a link on the team members page.
Can I have private projects?
No, all projects by team members can be accessed by all team members.
Do you have a voice over generator subscription for teams?

Can I remove users from my team?
